Leah Carter is the HR & Admin Leader at GreenCentre Canada. With over 25 years of experience, Leah joined GreenCentre in 2011 and has held a variety of administrative and HR positions before joining the Leadership Team in 2018. She has overseen the implementation of new payroll, compensation and benefits systems, procurement and operation management of secure IT systems, and has been proud to serve as the secretary to the Board of Directors since the start of her career at GreenCentre. Leah attended York University and enjoys barrel racing and trail riding among other outdoor activities in her spare time.
